The first race in the BC Downhill Cup series takes place in Kamloops at the Ranch bike park.

Kamloops is a great start to the BC racing season, as it’s typically dry, warm and sunny, and this season was no different.

The Sea Otter Classic traditionally marks the end of winter for the team at T2R-Distributors, as it’s typically the event where we get to say good bye to the wintery weather in Whistler and head down to the sun and warm weather of Monterey in California, and this year was no different.

PerformX Young Guns Downhill team is born

Two of Canada’s top gravity teams – PerformX Downhill and Team Young Guns – are joining forces to take on Canada and the World Cup. The PerformX Young Guns Downhill Team, based out of Whistler, BC, will field four top Canadian DH athletes poised to challenge national titles and see success on the world stage.

Colton McLellan is just entering his 2nd year as a Spank Grass Roots rider, he's 17 years old and lives in Fort Langley B.C.  In his words 'I spend my days in the forest building trails with my bros and riding jumps. I mostly ride dirt jumps but I will never give up a chance to throw myself over some rock gardens on the big bike'.
